No two groups are the same, so why should their golf journey be?
At Gorse & Thistle, we create completely bespoke golf experiences across Ireland and Scotland, designed around your group, your interests and the way you want to travel.
Whether you are planning a private trip with friends, a family golf escape, a club or society journey, or an unforgettable celebration, we take the time to understand what matters to you before crafting every detail.
From championship links and five-star accommodation to private dining, cultural experiences and seamless executive transport, your journey is built entirely around you.
With deep roots in Ireland and Scotland, our team brings genuine local insight and relationships built through years of experience in golf tourism.
We know the courses, the hotels, the people and the places that can transform a great golf trip into something truly exceptional.
Golf may be at the heart of your journey, but it doesn't have to define every moment.
We can incorporate private cultural tours, exceptional dining, whiskey and culinary experiences, scenic drives, historic landmarks, spa and wellness experiences and unique local encounters, creating a journey that everyone can enjoy.
From your first enquiry to the moment you return home, we manage the details behind the scenes.
Private transfers, tee times, accommodation, dining, experiences and day-to-day logistics are carefully coordinated, allowing you to simply enjoy the journey.
Your itinerary is supported by a dedicated Gorse & Thistle team, with local expertise available throughout your trip.
For those looking to go further, we can also arrange dedicated local hosts, caddies, private chauffeurs and elevated experiences that bring an additional level of comfort and personal service.
Your journey might include:
Nothing is predetermined. Every itinerary begins with what you want to experience.
The best journeys are about more than the courses you play.
They are about the people you travel with, the places you discover and the moments you remember long after the final putt.
That is where Gorse & Thistle comes in.
We combine native insight, trusted relationships and a passion for excellence to create journeys that feel effortless, personal and distinctly yours.
You bring the vision. We craft the journey.
Tell us where you would like to play, who you would like to travel with and what you would like to experience along the way.
From there, we’ll create a journey that goes beyond the expected.
Your golf. Your journey. Crafted Beyond.
