Day 1: Arrival and Welcome to the Emerald Isle

- Travel west to the luxurious Trump Doonbeg Resort nestled on the Wild Atlantic Way.
- On arrival, unwind and enjoy your surroundings, with optional spa treatments or a stroll through the nearby coastal grounds of Doonbeg.
- Welcome meeting with your Gorse & Thistle Tour Host, introducing you to Ireland.
Day 2: Golf at Doonbeg
- Tee off at Trump Doonbeg Golf Links, a Greg Norman design along the Clare coastline, where towering dunes meet the Atlantic.
- After 18 holes, players unwind in the luxurious clubhouse, enjoying a pint or lunch at the Ocean View Restaurant or the Trump Bar & Restaurant.
- Time to enjoy and explore the charming village of Doonbeg featuring local seafood and Irish specialities.
Day 3: Golf at Dromoland Castle
- Transfer to the majestic Dromoland Castle, where the course wraps around the castle’s lakes and woodlands.
- Tee off on a Ron Kirby and JB Carr designed course, which offers tree-lined fairways, scenic lakes, and challenging greens within the castle’s historic estate.
- Post-round explore Dromoland’s grounds or enjoy lunch at the castle before your transfer south to the charming town of Tralee home to your residence, The Ashe Hotel.
Day 4: Golf at Tralee
- A short transfer to Tralee Golf Club, a stunning Arnold Palmer designed links course set on Barrow Peninsula, with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Kerry’s rugged coastline.
- Tralee Golf Club hosts some of the most dramatic scenery in Ireland, blending dunes, cliffs, and panoramic sea views.
- After 18 unforgettable holes, enjoy food, a pint, views from the modern clubhouse terrace and watch the sun set over the Atlantic.
Day 5: Golf at Ballybunion
- Play one of the Worlds most revered courses - the Old Course at Ballybunion, consistently ranked among the world’s top links.
- A true test of links golf that's hosted presidents and legends alike, founded in 1893 and set among towering dunes overlooking the Atlantic.
- After your round, travel North to Ennis to enjoy The Old Ground Hotel, a historic Manor in the heart of Clare.
Day 6: Golf at Lahinch
- Today's round takes you to Lahinch Golf Club, often called the “St Andrews of Ireland,” where the course sits beside Liscannor Bay with views of the Cliffs of Moher in the distance.
- Redesigned by Old Tom Morris and later Alister MacKenzie, Lahinch’s Old Course features natural dunes, blind shots, and quirky charm that embody true Irish links golf.
- After 18 unforgettable holes, head back to Ennis village known for its traditional music and storytelling in lively pubs.
Day 7: A Fond Farewell
- Private transfer to Dublin or Shannon Airport.
